Commercially aware
Architecture decisions affect buyer trust, deal velocity, implementation risk, and revenue. The work is designed with that reality in view.
Senior solutions architecture, presales, cloud workflow, integration, and enterprise SaaS experience.
Focus: complex deals, POCs, workflows, and implementation decisions
About
I help teams make technical complexity easier to explain, sell, validate, and implement. The output needs to work for both decision-makers and the people who have to execute.
Why Daniel
I'm Daniel Shayesteh, a senior solutions architecture and technical advisory operator with experience across enterprise SaaS, media technology, cloud workflows, integrations, technical presales, POCs, and implementation planning.
My work sits between GTM, product, engineering, and delivery. I help teams turn messy requirements, technical buyer pressure, and workflow complexity into plans that are easier to trust and easier to execute.
What makes the work different
The advisory style is intentionally direct. The point is to reduce drag, sharpen decisions, and make the output useful in real operating conditions.
Architecture decisions affect buyer trust, deal velocity, implementation risk, and revenue. The work is designed with that reality in view.
The output has to survive real technical review, not just sound good in a slide or a sales call.
The narrative has to support decisions, tradeoffs, and next moves, not bury the room in unnecessary detail.
Automation starts with workflow clarity, ownership, and operating constraints. Tool hype comes later, if at all.
Profile note
The site is structured to support a professional profile photo and stronger personal proof as those assets are added. For now, the focus is on sharpening the positioning, proof, and buyer path first.
Next step
The goal of the first call is to determine fit quickly and decide whether a sprint or an advisory relationship makes sense.
